Section 43
Sub-committees can be formed
: (1) Executive Committee, State Disaster Management Committee, District Disaster Management Committee and Local Disaster Management Committee can form sub-committees according to need.
(2) The work, duties, rights and term of office of the sub-committee formed in accordance with sub-section (1) shall be as specified at the time of formation of the sub-committee.
